Holiday! Celebrate! Classic

The 2009-2010 Frisco Bassmasters Holiday! Celebrate! Classic is in full swing and several of Frisco's finest pole tossers have made their move towards the top of the leader board. FBM Juggernaut Gabe McLaughlin jumped into the lead in the marquis Bass division with this fine December catch and thought that he had made a splash in the largest panfish division before getting a fishing report from Summer 09 Champion Marcus Eckert.

Eckert has made it very clear in the media that he had his sights set on the triple crown and had every intention of winning every division. When reached for comment Eckert added, "I plan on winning every division."

Reports have still not been returned from many of the Frisco Bassmaster contenders but check back for updates of the 2009-2010 Frisco Bassmasters Holiday! Celebrate! Classic.

Judges are currently in the Bassmaster labs to determine the leader in the biggest Panfish category.

Fall Fishing Challenge

As Mother Nature graced us with a week of beautiful weather the Frisco Bassmasters took full advantage, holding the 2009 edition of the Frisco Bassmaster Fall Fishing Challenge. Congratulations goes out to new champion Kendall Still, who overtook perennial contender Gabe McLaughlin on the final day to take the honors. Rumor has is that the next event could be held over Thanksgiving week providing the Mother Nature is favorable to us.
